Interior designer in Val-des-Monts
Waterfront cottages and year-round residences: interior design made for lake life in Val-des-Monts.
Custom design in Val-des-Monts
Lake life, only better
Val-des-Monts is lake country: McGregor, Saint-Pierre, Grand, Dam and dozens more. Many properties are former cottages expanded over the years, with rooms added without a master plan, narrow kitchens and little storage.
Our job is to bring order and beauty back: turn the living spaces toward the water, choose materials that stand up to humidity and sand, and plan for hosting family and friends. For owners who are not on site, follow-up can be done remotely.

Frequently asked questions
Interior design in Val-des-Monts, in brief
Do you travel to cottages in Val-des-Monts?
Yes. We travel for the consultation and measurements. Presentations and follow-up can then take place online if you are not on site.
Which materials suit a waterfront cottage?
Finishes that tolerate humidity, temperature swings and traffic in swimsuits and boots. The design package spells out every choice, room by room.
How much does an interior design project cost?
Every project is priced according to its floor area, the number of rooms and the level of detail you want. The quote is free and gives you a clear price before you begin.
Do I need a designer for a single room?
Yes, it is common. A kitchen, a bathroom or a basement can be a project in its own right, with custom plans and 3D renderings.
Do you offer remote design services?
Yes. Summex Design online (summexdesign.com) offers design packages carried out entirely remotely, for one room or the whole house.
